  1. Remove the red end cap.
  
  
  2. Hold the rocket firmly, vertically above your head at arm's length.
  
  
  3. Turn your head away from the rocket and pull the toggle.
  
  
  4. The rocket will eject instantaneously with a loud noise and a slight recoil.
  
  
  5. Caution: Ensure the rocket is not directed towards people or property.
