The rescue tripod is a portable rescue and fall protection system designed for confined space entry and emergency rescue operations.
The lightweight aluminium tripod is quick to set up and provides a stable anchorage above confined spaces such as tanks, holds, manholes and other restricted access areas.
The integrated manual winch allows a person to be raised or lowered during rescue operations. The tripod is equipped with three independent anchorage points and a dedicated connection point for the rescue winch.
The system has a maximum lifting capacity of 250 kg and is fitted with 30 metres of steel wire rope.
The equipment is intended for confined space and rescue applications and should be used by trained personnel as part of an appropriate rescue and fall protection system.
