IMPA:
Fomtec ARC 3x3 NV alcohol resistant firefighting foam is a high-performance AR-AFFF fire foam concentrate designed for rapid control of hydrocarbon and polar solvent fires. The formulation produces a stable foam blanket that suppresses vapours and prevents re-ignition. The Fomtec ARC 3x3 NV concentrate delivers reliable firefighting performance for marine vessels, offshore platforms, tank terminals, and industrial fire protection systems.
Suitable for fixed firefighting systems, mobile foam equipment, deck foam monitors, and fire brigades protecting ships, offshore installations, petrochemical plants, fuel storage areas, and industrial facilities handling flammable liquids.
Supplied in 20 liter, 25 liter, 200 liter or 1000 liter IBC containers. Larger bulk supply is available on special request.
The AR-AFFF firefighting foam produces a stable aqueous film on hydrocarbon fuels while simultaneously creating a protective polymer barrier on polar solvent fuels. This dual-action performance ensures rapid fire knockdown, strong burn-back resistance, and effective vapour suppression. The foam expansion and drainage characteristics provide reliable performance in both fixed and mobile firefighting systems.
The Fomtec ARC 3x3 NV fire foam concentrate is compatible with conventional foam proportioning systems and application equipment such as foam monitors, sprinklers, foam chambers, and portable foam inductors. The concentrate can be proportioned using standard foam dosing equipment designed for AR-AFFF firefighting foams.
The formulation is designed to meet modern environmental considerations while maintaining strong firefighting efficiency. Responsible handling and disposal should follow local environmental regulations and operational procedures used in marine and industrial firefighting systems.
When stored in original sealed containers and under recommended conditions, Fomtec ARC 3x3 NV alcohol resistant firefighting foam provides a long storage life while maintaining stable firefighting properties. Storage should be in protected environments away from extreme temperatures and contamination.
Regular inspection and testing of firefighting foam concentrate should follow recognized marine and industrial fire safety standards. Foam quality testing, proportioning verification, and system inspections ensure that the AR-AFFF firefighting foam concentrate continues to deliver reliable firefighting performance throughout its service life.
