DK-Sea Safety joins Square1 Nordic on 1 October 2026, becoming a sister company to MariTeam and Marine Technic. The company brings many years of experience in maritime lifesaving and safety equipment.
DK-Sea Safety specialises in sales and authorised servicing, supporting both commercial and private customers from its locations in Fredericia and Jægerspris, Denmark. Its product range includes liferafts, lifejackets, immersion suits, pyrotechnics and emergency beacons.
For MariTeam, the acquisition brings more colleagues with maritime safety expertise into the group. Over time, this will create opportunities to share knowledge and experience across our businesses for the benefit of our customers.
The immediate focus is continuity for DK-Sea Safety’s employees, customers and business partners. Hagen Nissen will remain with the company, helping to build on the expertise and relationships that he and the team have established.
