Daniamant develops and manufactures marine safety lighting and electronic equipment for commercial vessels and other maritime applications. The company introduced its first IMO SOLAS-approved lifejacket light in 1985 and has since expanded its range across several areas of lifesaving and onboard safety.

The range includes lifejacket lights, lifebuoy lights, liferaft and lifeboat lighting systems, intrinsically safe lights, marker lights and electronic visual distress signals. Daniamant also produces marine electronics including electronic inclinometers, bridge navigational watch alarm systems, salinometers and oil level alarms. Selected safety lights are approved to applicable SOLAS and Marine Equipment Directive requirements, depending on product and application.
