The 1SEA International Shore Connection Box is a red GRP storage box for keeping an International Shore Connection accessible onboard. It can be used as a deck-mounted storage box or adapted for bulkhead mounting.
The 1SEA International Shore Connection Box provides visible and accessible storage for the connection and associated equipment used when supplying water from shore or another vessel to the ship’s fire main.
The box can stand on deck as supplied. For bulkhead installation, the internal backplate can be removed so that suitable mounting holes can be prepared in the rear of the box. Bulkhead mounting screws are not included.
Select a readily accessible location and verify the final mounting method, supporting structure and fasteners for the vessel. The box is supplied as storage equipment; the International Shore Connection and installation hardware are ordered separately unless otherwise stated.
