The Francis FSP300RC Halogen Remote Control Signalling Searchlight is a permanently installed visual signalling system for vessels requiring remote bridge operation together with full searchlight capability. The shutter mechanism supports Morse code signalling and can be locked open when the unit is required as a searchlight.
The remote control system uses Francis FBUS communication based on RS485 two wire bidirectional hardware. Variable speed pan and tilt, auto home positioning, dimmable control and remote focus are incorporated for precise bridge operation.
Francis lamp references include D4695 and D9851 for selected 24V 250W configurations, D1813 for 230V 650W, D1809 for 115V 1000W and D6715 for 230V 1000W. Coloured filters, control equipment and other replacement parts are also available.
