Oven and grill cleaning
CREW CARE Oven & Grill Cleaner is an alkaline gel for food residues on ovens, grills, hoods, drip pans and rotisseries. The gel clings to horizontal and vertical surfaces to maintain contact with oils, fats and baked-on food soils.
Surface suitability
The linked Drew Marine data sheet lists brass, iron, magnesium, stainless steel and vitreous tile as suitable surfaces. It does not recommend the cleaner for aluminium, copper or galvanised surfaces. Painted equipment needs particular care because the product can remove some paints.
