The RS450DC damage control locker is purpose-built for storing essential emergency response tools and materials used for flood containment, hull repair, and structural damage control aboard vessels and offshore installations. This robust and highly visible marine damage control locker ensures that critical gear such as shoring equipment, wedges, hammers, saws, sealing plugs, and rescue tools remain secure, dry, and quickly accessible in the event of onboard damage or flooding.
Constructed from marine-grade GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic), the RS450DC offers superior resistance to corrosion, UV radiation, and salt-laden environments. The locker features a roll-up shutter door that allows quick access in tight or crowded areas, particularly in internal corridors or machinery spaces. Its reinforced GRP body and integrated base ensure full weatherproofing and long service life, with minimal maintenance.
Inside, the locker includes heavy-duty adjustable shelves and brackets to secure tools and gear during vessel movement. The RS450DC cabinet is fitted with stainless steel fixings, and the roller door is sealed with an EPDM gasket to protect the interior from water ingress and dust. Delivered ready to install, it can be customized with internal lighting, inventory signage, and optional security locking systems.
