The JB82 fire extinguisher cabinet is purpose-built for demanding marine, offshore, and industrial applications. Designed to hold a single 6–12 litre fire extinguisher, this marine fire safety cabinet delivers full protection against corrosion, weather exposure, and physical damage — keeping critical firefighting equipment secure and ready when it’s needed most. If you're working in harsh environments and require tough, low-maintenance storage for extinguishers, the JB82 is a reliable, high-performance solution.
The JoBird JB82 cabinet is constructed using premium-grade GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) with a fire-retardant finish, giving it the durability to withstand harsh sea conditions, constant UV exposure, and rough handling. The door is fully removable and features a tough polycarbonate viewing window, so the extinguisher can be visually checked without opening the cabinet. With stainless steel fittings and a sealed EPDM gasket, it provides complete environmental protection — ideal for use on ships, offshore platforms, or coastal facilities.
Internally, the cabinet supports a wide range of extinguisher models from 6 to 12 litres, secured via internal brackets or straps depending on configuration. The JB82 is quick to install and available with a range of mounting options, colors, and signage — tailored to your fire safety requirements.
