The SOS510 life jacket chest is a reliable and weatherproof solution for storing up to 14 adult life jackets in marine and offshore environments. Built to protect essential safety equipment from UV, saltwater, and mechanical damage, this marine life jacket chest ensures your flotation gear remains dry, visible, and ready to deploy during an emergency. Whether you operate a vessel, oil platform, or coastal facility, the SOS510 provides rugged, long-term protection for vital life-saving equipment.
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic), the SOS510 cabinet offers outstanding durability and long service life. The hinged lid design provides fast access to contents while maintaining a watertight seal through a heavy-duty EPDM gasket. Stainless steel hardware ensures that the hinges, fixings, and optional locking systems will resist corrosion, even in aggressive salt-laden environments. The chest is freestanding and easy to secure to decks or bulkheads using integrated mounting points.
The bright red gel coat finish is UV-stable and fire-retardant, maintaining visibility and compliance over time. The SOS510 comes ready to use and is optionally available with custom labels, signage, or alternative RAL colours. This life jacket chest is designed with simplicity, safety, and reliability in mind — keeping life jackets organized, dry, and within reach when they matter most.
