The fire extinguisher cabinet SOS101 is built for harsh marine and offshore environments, making it the perfect choice for protecting your 6–9kg fire extinguisher on board vessels, oil platforms, or industrial facilities. Designed by JoBird, the SOS101 features a compact and lightweight build, yet delivers serious durability in extreme conditions. Whether it’s UV radiation, salt spray, or rough handling, this marine fire safety cabinet stands up to the challenge — all while keeping your extinguisher ready to deploy.
Made from heavy-duty GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic), the SOS101 cabinet is both corrosion-resistant and impact-proof. Its bright red finish is UV-stable, ensuring long-term visibility and performance in exposed environments. The door is fitted with stainless steel hinges and a secure quarter-turn latch, with the option to add a T-key locking system. Internally, the cabinet includes a molded backboard to hold a single 6–9kg fire extinguisher firmly in place. There’s also room for optional extras like viewing windows or safety signage.
If you’re outfitting a vessel, rig, or facility that demands compliance and rugged performance, this cabinet is a smart, low-maintenance solution. It’s quick to mount, easy to clean, and keeps firefighting equipment fully protected and instantly accessible when seconds matter.
