The Drew Marine DREW NBD is a neutral-based degreaser formulated for marine applications, particularly effective in removing vegetable, animal, and mineral oils and greases where alkaline cleaning is unsuitable. Function: Universal degreaser for removing various types of oils and greases.
Composition: Neutral pH formulation, safe for sensitive metals and coatings.
Form: Colorless liquid.
pH: Approximately 6.7.
Packaging: Available in 25-liter (PCN 1726407) and 200-liter (PCN 1726423) containers.

Prewash:
For drying or semi-drying oils, prewash with cold water.
For other oils, prewash with hot water at 60°C.
Recirculation Method:
Prepare a 2–5% solution of DREW NBD in a separate mixing tank.
Recirculate the solution through the tank using an automatic tank washing machine for 2 to 6 hours at 20–80°C.
One cleaning solution can typically clean 2 to 3 tanks, depending on soil loading.
Spray Method:
Spray undiluted DREW NBD onto the tank surfaces.
Allow it to work for at least 20 minutes.
Rinse with water at 60°C for 45 minutes.
Hydrocarbon-Free Cleaning:
After cleaning with a solvent emulsifier cleaner, use DREW NBD with fresh hot water at 70°C.
