The Conductivity Meter Kit Complete is ideal for daily monitoring of neutralized conductivity in boiler water systems. Regular testing helps in detecting contamination, scaling, and ensuring the effectiveness of water treatment programs.
Sample Measurement Procedure:
Rinse the electrode with distilled water.
For boiler water samples, add 2 drops of phenolphthalein indicator.
If the sample turns pink, add Gallic Acid until the pink color disappears.
Immerse the electrode into the sample beyond the upper steel band.
Gently stir and allow the reading to stabilize.
Record the conductivity value displayed.
Note: Always refer to the instruction manual for detailed procedures and safety guidelines.
Automatic Calibration: Simplifies the calibration process, ensuring accurate readings.
Temperature Compensation: The ATC electrode adjusts readings based on sample temperature.
Durable Design: Protective rubber armor and sturdy case make it suitable for field use.
Comprehensive Kit: Includes all necessary components for immediate testing
